BACK TO SCHOOL REGISTRATION DAY AND NIGHT

It’s Back To School Time!
The start of the 2017-2018 School Year is quickly approaching! The St. Paul’s staff is eager to begin working with you and your children on getting ready for back to school.
Below please see links to forms that need to be completed and submitted on Registration Day.

Registration Day will be held on Thursday, August 17 in the morning from 8:00 to 12:00 and in the evening from 5:00-7:00 in St. Paul’s Faith Hall gymnasium. The process will take about one hour. All families are required to go through the registration process so please make plans for attending on August 17. If you will not be able to attend on Registration Day, please call the school office to make an appointment for registering on a different day.
On Registration Day students will have the opportunity to sign up for music programs, athletics, and hot lunch. Parents will pay for all registration, ESP, and elective fees. All fees must be paid before the first day of school.
You will also get an opportunity to sign up to be part of our parent group, the Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF). Information will soon be sent to you that describes the various committees that you parents can be a part of and use your gifts, talents, and interests to support our school, teachers, and students. All parents are expected to participate!
Uniform information will be available for you as well. We will have samples from Parker School Uniforms, our uniform store, from which you can make purchases at the store or online. On Registration Day we will sell second hand uniforms in limited supply, take orders for St. Paul’s Boosterwear, and sell St. Paul’s P.E. uniforms.
Earlier this summer, parents received a July mailing that included a school supply list, uniform information, school calendar, and Extended School Program information. You may get additional copies of this information on Registration Day.
Please remember SMART will begin collecting your automated tuition payments in August if you have not already started monthly payments.
The First Day of School is on Monday, August 28 beginning at 8:15 AM. The School Opening Worship Service will be held that morning at 8:45 AM in the church. We welcome parents and everyone to join us for this opening service!
