HappyHarvest_8FALL FESTIVAL: A BIG THANK YOU to the PTF and all the volunteers that made our festival a wonderful event. The food was great, the games were fun, and the fellowship among all our families was enjoyable. Thank you to the many, many people who donated or obtained donations for the many prize baskets. A follow up report will be given at the next PTF meeting on Thurs., November 12.

JOIN US FOR TRUNK OR TREAT! On Friday evening, October 30th, St. Paul’s School will host a fun and safe evening for the children to go from trunk to trunk to get treats. Dinner will be served starting at 5:30 PM, you will have to PRE-ORDER your dinner. At 6:30 there will be a costume contest for children in every age group. Attached is an order form for the food, and a reservation form for parking your decorated car. Download : Trunk or Treat Half Sheet Dinner Order.

TRUNK OR TREAT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We need three more volunteers to help serve the meal before trunk or treat activities from 5:15 to 6:30. Speak with Mr. Koeppel if you can help.

VIP DAY: Friday, November 20th every student will have an opportunity to bring someone special to visit for the morning and introduce to the class and also stay for lunch. If you would like your VIP to have a “free lunch” here at school, please fill out and return the attached VIP DAY order form to the office.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE: Attached is a conference registration sheet. Please read carefully, chose your time and return by Monday, October 26th. Parents need to attend to receive their child’s report card. Parent Teacher Conference Registration

TEACHERS CONFERENCE: There will be NO SCHOOL on November 4, 5 & 6th as our Teachers attend a conference in Southern California.

NOVEMBER HOT LUNCH ORDERS: Please return with payment by tomorrow.

NO MORE LEAKS: In preparation for a wet and rainy winter, St. Paul’s has contracted to do a major repair and renovation of the roof on the 1st and 2nd grade classrooms (also, the preschool room for the 2 year-olds). This project will be completed in early November. No funds are budgeted for this projected so we welcome gifts, small and large, from individuals who would like to help. Please speak with Mr. Koeppel if you have any questions or would like to make a donation.
