ST. PAUL’S SCHOOL HOSTS VISITORS FROM CHINA:

During the first week of February our school students and faculty will have a unique and interesting experience when we will host several 11-13 year old children from China for a week. These children will be visiting the United States and our school to learn more about our culture and educational system. What an opportunity this will be to share the blessings of St. Paul’s School and the knowledge of our Savior! The children will be in our school for 5 days.During their stay in the U.S., host families will be needed to house them for 7 days, provide meals and lunches, and transport them to and from school for one week. Host families will also be encouraged to do some weekend sightseeing with the children on one weekend. Host families will receive compensation for hosting each child. Host families could host more than one child, which would actually be more beneficial for everyone. Please know that the children will understand little English and speak even less, but they will be eager to be here with us for a short time in our country and the students will appreciate our care and hospitality. If you are interested in serving as a host in February, please contact Mr. Koeppel.

SPRING PLAY: There will be a short meeting Monday, November 16th @ 3:15 in the music room, for  those interested in trying out for The Wizard of Oz. Grades 6, 7 & 8.

SPORTS TEAMS PICTURE DAY: November 18th, Wednesday afternoon photographs will be taken of all the fall sports teams in their team uniforms. These pictures will go in the school yearbook. All elementary and Junior High athletes should bring their St. Paul’s jersey to school next Wednesday for the team pictures.
